NEWBURGH – Assemblyman Jonathan Jacobson (D, Newburgh) is holding an in-person billing assistance meeting with Central Hudson where customers can get one-on-one help from a representative of the company to resolve their billing issues.
It will be held on Tuesday, September 19 from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at Newburgh Free Library, 124 Grand Street, Newburgh.
“For nearly two years, my constituents have experienced every type of billing disaster, from excessive charges and wildly inaccurate estimate bills to late/missing bills and more,” said Jacobson. “That’s why I am bringing Central Hudson representatives directly into the community, so customers can talk face-to-face with a real person and finally get solutions to their billing problems.”
