NEW PALTZ- The Wallkill River Watershed Alliance invites the public to come out and enjoy the Wallkill River on a two hour paddle Thursday August 17, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The launch will be at Sojourner Truth Park in the Village of New Paltz. Paddle will be to the Wallkill Valley Rail Trail Bridge and back.
Show up with your boat by 5:00 p.m., or reserve a boat from New Paltz Kayaking at 845-594-6353. A $10 donation is suggested for boat rentals.
In case of inclement weather, this event will be canceled.
