KINGSTON – An Ulster Park man was arrested early Sunday morning and charged with the felony of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Ulster Sheriff’s deputies stopped him for a traffic infraction just before 3 a.m. while driving on Old Route 9W in the Town of Esopus.
The subsequent investigation alleges that Darell Grosvenor, 30, was driving while having over 10 suspensions on 10 separate dates.
He was released on an appearance ticket returnable to Esopus Town Court at a later date.
