STONE RIDGE- Calling all cider makers, orchardists, fruit enthusiasts and apple nerds! 2023 will be Apple Camps first year in New York. Stone Ridge Orchard along with MOFGA present New York Apple Camp, taking place at the Ashokan Center July 28 thru July 30, 2023. Apple Camp has previously been held in Maine as a biennial event hosted by MOFGA. The next Maine Apple Camp will be held in 2024.
Come learn about cider making, fruit foraging, the nursery trade, innovative orcharding, identifying and preserving heritage varieties and lots more! Speakers to include Dan Bussey, Dan Pucci, John Bunker, Matt Kaminsky, Bill Mackentley, Ria Windcaller, Kevin Clark & More! Come meet other orchard and apple enthusiasts while spending a beautiful summer weekend in Hudson Valley, New York.
Apple camp fees include room and board and workshop sessions. General admission is $300 per person for the weekend or $150 per person for Saturday only. Advanced tickets are required.
