CROTON-HARMON- Metro-North has suspended service between Croton-Harmon and Poughkeepsie due to the effects of severe weather on the tracks.

The railroad has reported that crews continue to work on clearing downed tress and repairing tracks that were damaged by Sunday’s heavy rains.

The Newburgh-Beacon Ferry service is also not running.

Metro-North recommends that riders consider traveling to Croton-Harmon station or take the Harlem Line Service at Southeast, Croton Falls and other stations along that line as an alternate.  Hudson Line tickets will be accepted on the Harlem Line while service is suspended.
