WHITE PLAINS – For the third year, from now through September 4, residents can ride on the Bee-Line Bus system in Westchester County for free.

The fare suspension also applies to the county’s ParaTransit system.

“This is a move we ae able to make on behalf of Westchester residents due to the strong, smart fiscal management my administration has taken during our tenure,” said County Executive George Latimer.

During the summer of 2022, the county offered its first free rides program and saw an increase in ridership of 37 percent during the three-month period of June, July and August, compared to the prior three-month period in March, April and May.
