TOWN OF THOMPSON – Two people were injured late Thursday morning on Route 17 eastbound in the Town of Thompson, State Police report.
Public information officer Trooper Steven Nevel said they were outside their disabled vehicle when another car rear-ended them.
both victims were transported to Garnet Health Medical Center in Middletown by ambulance.
The car that struck the disabled vehicle was owned by a security company.
A State Police accident reconstruction team was called in to investigate the crash.
