NEW ROCHELLE- State Police have arrested a New Rochelle man on three counts of grand larceny for allegedly stealing over $250,000 worth of products from three parked semi-trailers.
Police conducted a long-term investigation that resulted in the arrest of Kelvin Garcia Liriano, 27, for allegedly stealing the consumable goods from the tandem lot located on the New York State Thruway in the city of Yonkers.
Liriano was arraigned and remanded to the Westchester County Jail.
