GOSHEN – The last two men arrested in the Operation Final Blow investigation were sentenced in Orange County Court on Wednesday.

Wayne Smith, 43, of Port Jervis, and Christian Shomo, also known as “Monster,” 34, of Middletown were sentenced by Judge Craig Stephen Brown.

Smith, who pled guilty to conspiracy and drug possession, was sentenced to eight years concurrent to six to 12 years in prison for a total of eight to 12 years. That will be followed by five years of post-release supervision.

Shomo, who previously pled guilty to operating as a major trafficker, was sentenced to 12 years in prison followed by five years of post-release supervision.
