LIBERTY – Police in the Village of Liberty are investigating the discovery of a dead two-year-old child in a motel room overnight Tuesday.
The toddler’s parents have been arrested and charged with criminally negligent homicide.
A woman reportedly came back to her room at the Knights Inn Motel on Route 52 and found the toddler in cardiac arrest.
Village of Liberty Police are investigating with assistance from the State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation.
