Kingston Farmers’ Market opens this weekend

KINGSTON –The 2023 Kingston Farmers’ Market season will kick off on Saturday, May 6 in Uptown Kingston in the Ulster County Courthouse parking lot at 285 Wall St from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. 

Entrances are at John and Crown Street and on Wall Street between Main and John Street. 

The farmers’ market will be open every Saturday to November 18.

On May 6 there will be live music from 11a.m. to 12:30 p.m. with the Hudson Valley’s brass band Brasskill. 

Each week the market hosts over 60 local farms and vendors with locally grown fruit, vegetables, herbs, grains, mushrooms and beans, as well as locally made cheeses, meats, breads, pickles, kombucha, herbal wellness, and ready-to-eat prepared foods. Gluten-free, vegan and dairy alternatives will be available each week.
