The school went into lockdown at approximately 12:40 p.m. on Wednesday, April 26, 2023.

Officers from the Town of Crawford Police Department are at the school and are being assisted by the Orange County Sheriff’s Office and New York State Police.

The parent of one student told Mid-Hudson News that the police are doing a “room by room search of the school and the students are scared.”
