NEWBURGH- Cultivating Healing and Justice Initiative (CHJI) Support Services Inc. of Orange County will be hosting free PSA tests for men with physical and intellectual disabilities on April 28, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at 107 Broadway in the City of Newburgh. The event is being hosted by CHJI in conjunction with Mount Sinai Hospital.
The screening is available to men between the ages of 40 and 75 with no prior diagnosed prostate cancer. Those with a family history of cancer are strongly encouraged to get a PSA test. To ensure a smooth and comfortable experience, please fill out the disability services request forms for accommodations, health care proxy, and patient registration. All are available on the CHJI website.
