Cornell Cooperative Extension and Newburgh Armory Unity Center are Out in the Garden!

NEWBURGH- Cornell Cooperative Extension Orange County Master Gardeners in collaboration with the Newburgh Armory Unity Center are offering 30-minute gardening lessons once a month.  Garden topics covered will range from soil health, seeding & transplanting, to garden management, pest management, and harvesting & cooking.  Registrants can choose one, multiple or sign up for all.

Classes will be held on Tuesdays; April 25, May 9, June 13, July 11, August 8, and September 12, from 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

This program will be held outside at the Newburgh Armory Unity Center Community Garden located at 321 South William Street in Newburgh.

Each session is $5 per family or all six sessions for $25.  A discount is offered to members of the Newburgh Armory Garden.  Scholarships are also available upon request.
