KINGSTON – Ulster County Economic Development Director Tim Weidemann is stepping down from his job to join the staff of Congressman Pat Ryan (D, NY-18).
Weidemann said he will be doing similar work but on a regional level.
“It lets me continue to wear the hat of the works that I am passionate about but to do it at a regional level, hopefully advancing lots of goals that we have advanced here together as well as other parts of the region as well,” he said.
Weidemann said he will be moving over to his new job within the next few weeks.
