TOWN OF WALLKILL – A 37-year-old Town of Wallkill man was arrested on Wednesday morning after police executed a search warrant at 626 County Route 78.
During a search of the property, officers arrested Jordan Montalvo and charged him with predatory sexual assault against a child under the age of 13, course of sexual conduct against a child, and criminal sex act against a child under the age of 11.
He was arraigned and remanded to the Orange County Jail without bail.
Assisting Wallkill Police in the investigation and warrant execution were the Orange County Sheriff’s K-9, FBI Safe Streets Task Force and State Police Computer Crimes Unit.
