NEWBURGH – The Cornerstone Family Healthcare Board has appointed David Jolly as the community health center’s new president and chief executive officer. He assumes the role following the retirement of Linda Muller, who served as president for 31 years.
Jolly joined Cornerstone in 2014 where he served as chief operating office where he was instrumental in leading the center’s COVID-19 response, digital transformation and telehealth services, and pediatric foster care program.
Prior to his tenure at the Newburgh-based center, Jolly served as Orange County Social Services commissioner for eight years.
