PORT JERVIS – A 45-year-old Port Jervis man is being held in the Orange County Jail without bail following his arrest on several charges.
Port Jervis Police executed a search warrant at about 11:39 p.m. on December 20 and arrested Brian Stevenson at his 122 Front Street apartment.
The Orange County Sheriff’s Office Special Operations Group and Port Jervis City Police charged him with criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, two counts of tampering with physical evidence and criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
He was also charged with robbery and sexual abuse,
The Orange County Sheriff’s Special Operations Group, the Pike County District Attorney’s Drug Task Force and the Orange County District Attorney’s Office assisted in the investigation.
