KINGSTON – In the first 11 months of the year, home sales have declined in Ulster County while prices have continued to rise, according to the Ulster County of Board of Realtors.
In the period of January through November, 18 percent fewer homes were sold, but the prices were up 10.7 percent.
Days on the market remained relatively constant.
In the month of November alone, sales declined 35 percent while average prices rose by 4.6 percent.
Days on the market rose 17 percent over the same month in 2021 and available listings increased by 35 percent.
