WHITE LAKE – A charter helicopter company wants to bring its offices to Sullivan County International Airport in the Town of Bethel.

County Public Works Commissioner Ed McAndrew said the company may not hangar their choppers at the airport.

“They can fly out of other airports. They are a Part 135 operation so they would have an office at our airport as their main office, but that doesn’t mean they would necessarily hangar their helicopters at our airport,” he said.

Before arrangements can be made with the county, the county legislature must approve the agreement.
