Hyde Park woman arrested as sexual predator

HYDE PARK – State Police have arrested a 22-year-old Hyde Park woman on a felony charge of predatory sexual assault against a child.

Investigation by the Bureau of Criminal Investigation determine that Michelle Betley allegedly engaged in predatory sexual assault against a victim under the age of 13.

She was arraigned and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail without bail.
