NEWBURGH – A year after he should have moved into Newburgh as per the city charter, City Manager Todd Venning will be establishing residency there, Mayor Torrance Harvey told Mid-Hudson News.

The mayor toured the manager’s new home recently.

“It’s a beautiful apartment and before he went away on conference, he definitely sealed that deal and moved some things in already,” Harvey said.

Venning has been city manager for almost a year-and-a-half but has been living in Wappingers Falls.

We have reached out to the manager on several occasions, but he refuses to talk to the media.
