LOCH SHELDRAKE – It is a sure sign that summer is just about over. College students are returning to campus.

On Wednesday, SUNY Sullivan welcomed incoming new students and their families as part of a series of summer orientation programs. After welcoming remarks by College P:resident Jay Quaintance, college staff and orientation leaders answered questions and led students on tours of campus and through a variety of information sessions on campus life, financial aid and billing, campus technology, and academic support and services.

New student orientation continues August 23 and 31. Interested students still have time to register for fall classes and take advantage of SUNY Sullivan’s 40+ degree and certificate programs and the college’s financial aid programs, including the new Sullivan Promise Scholarship.

First day of classes is September 7, and registration continues through September 13. For information, email admissions@sunysullivan.edu or visit https://sunysullivan.edu/admissions.

And, on Saturday, August 27, from 10 am–1 pm, SUNY Sullivan is hosting Discover SUNY Sullivan Day, where prospective students can meet with SUNY Sullivan Enrollment and financial aid specialists, tour campus, and, with a valid high school transcript, earn instant acceptance.
