LIBERTY – A bench warrant was issued by Town of Liberty Justice Court on Thursday for Mateo Rodriguez, the 40-year-old Liberty man accused of igniting a can of gas under the rear porch of the Liberty Pub on Edgar Street.
He allegedly committed the crime and was charged by Village of Liberty Police with arson, reckless endangerment and criminal mischief.
He failed to report to Probation on Thursday, August 11, and the court issue a warrant for his arrest.
