Several fire departments battle South Fallsburg fire

SOUTH FALLSBURG – Several fire departments from Sullivan and Orange counties battled a blaze at 5218 Main Street in South Fallsburg early Sunday morning.

The first alarm came in around 3:20 a.m. with firefighters from several Sullivan and Orange County departments called in to battle the three-alarm blaze.

There were initial reports of entrapment in the building, but no follow-up information was immediately available.

Town code enforcement was called to the scene.
