WAWARSING – A 21-year-old Saugerties woman has been arrested and charged with misdemeanor criminal possession of a weapon following a traffic stop on Berme Road in the Town of Wawarsing.
Ulster County Sheriff’s deputies stopped Samantha Ruskie while driving at about 7:45 p.m. on May 23.
The subsequent investigation alleged that she was in possession of an electronic stun gun.
She was released on an appearance ticket to Wawarsing Town Court.
