KINGSTON – Site plan/special permits for two significant projects will come before the Kingston City Planning Board on Monday evening.

Approvals for the Golden Hill Drive subdivision for construction of intergenerational, affordable mixed income housing will be up for consideration.

The project would include 164 units of housing, developed by the applicant, Pennrose NY Developer LLC on property owned by Ulster County.

The board will also consider site plan/special permit for the Kingstonian project to include a mixed-use building with a 429 car garage, 143 apartments, 32 hotel rooms, and 8,000 square feet of retail space.

The City of Kingston owns the property on which the project would be developed.
