Two women arrested in unrelated DWI cases

KINGSTON – The Ulster County Sheriff’s Office has arrested two women on charges of driving while intoxicated in separate cases.

Deputies arrested Angela Supan, 56, of Wallkill on a misdemeanor charge.

At about 9:10 p.m. on April 14, deputies responded to a two-car accident on Plains Road in the Town of Shawangunk.

The resulting investigation alleged that Supan was driving a vehicle in an intoxicated condition.

She was released on an appearance ticket returnable to town court.

In the other case, deputies stopped a vehicle on Route 9W in the Town of Lloyd for a traffic infraction at around 2 a.m. on April 14.

The resulting investigation alleges that Taryn Beck, 18, of Milton was driving in an intoxicated condition.

She was also released on an appearance ticket.
