BLOOMING GROVE – A 43-year-old Suffern man who is a teacher in the Jackson Heights section of Queens has been arrested on charges of sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child for allegedly having sexual contact with a minor under the age of 13.
David Reinoso was arrested following an investigation by troopers along with the Orange County Child Abuse Unit and Orange County Child Protective Services.
He was arraigned and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail, $15,000 bond or $30,000 partially secured bond.
A full stay-away temporary order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim.
