HUNTER – A 31-year-old Nanticoke, Pennsylvania woman has been arrested on Route 23A in the Town of Hunter while driving an Infinity QX60 reported stolen from Coral Gables, Florida.
State Police from the Catskill barracks pulled over Brittany Danko just before 3 p.m. on Wednesday, February 23 for driving while using a mobile phone.
While speaking to her, troopers learned the vehicle was stolen. She was also in possession of Oxycodone that was not in a container or prescribed to her.
As a result of the investigation, Danko was charged with criminal possession of stolen property as a felony, and a misdemeanor for drug possession. She was also ticketed for driving while eon the cell phone.
Danko was released on an appearance ticket returnable to Hunter Town Court.
