KINGSTON – The Ulster County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a 28-year-old Ulster Park man for allegedly breaking into a building and causing damage.
David Naccarato was caught at about 6:30 p.m. on February 20 while he was allegedly breaking into a structure on William White Road in Ulster Park and causing damage inside.
He was charged with the felonies of burglary and criminal mischief and a misdemeanor of criminal trespass.
Naccarato was arraigned and released on his own recognizance pending a future court appearance.
