BULLVILLE – One of two apartments in a 30 by 40-foot, single-story building on the grounds of the Golden Shoe Training Center, a standardbred training facility, was damaged by fire.
The Wednesday afternoon fire extended into the attic. The apartment sustained fire, smoke, and water damage said Bullville Fire Chief William Bacon.
There were no injuries in the two-alarm fire that brought out mutual aid departments for water if needed.
The chief said the cause and origin of the fire are undetermined.
