LIVINGSTON – A 23-year-old resident at Tri Form Camphill Community in Livingston was killed on Wednesday when he was struck by a Chevrolet 3500 truck while clearing brush with fellow employees and volunteers at the facility.
State Police identified the victim as David Wagner.
The incident appears to be accidental in nature, but the investigation is continuing.
Tri Form is a community for young adults with developmental disabilities.
