Connecticut man charged with assault, DWI following altercation on T’way

NEW ROCHELLE – A Stamford, Connecticut man has been charged with assault and DWI following a physical altercation on the shoulder of the Thruway.

State Police investigation determined that Brayan Escudero, 29, was driving northbound on I-95 in New Rochelle when his female passenger and he became involved in an argument. It was reported that he pulled over, the incident escalated, and he punched the woman several times causing injuries.

The victim declined medical attention at the scene.

Escudero refused o submit to a breath test. He was charged, released on his own recognizance and turned over to a sober third party.
