NEWBURGH – An 84-year-old woman, who was one of two passengers injured in a two-car crash late Tuesday night in the City of Newburgh has died, police said.
Police have not released the name of the victim.
The accident, at Robinson and Gidney avenues, occurred around 11:10 p.m.
The two injured women were taken to the hospital with the elderly woman passing away.
The detective division and the Orange County District Attorney’s Office are investigating the circumstances of the accident to determine if there was any criminality.
