KINGSTON – The Ulster Regional Gang Enforcement Narcotics Team arrested three people on drug charges following a joint investigation with the Dutchess County Drug Task Force.

On August 16, the two agencies observed drug transactions occurring at local businesses in Highland.

As a result, James Soricelli, Jr., 42, of Poughkeepsie was found in possession of some 20 grams of cocaine. He was charged with two felony counts of drug possession and remanded to the Ulster County Jail without bail due to prior felony convictions.

A short time later, Nicholas Pagano, 37, of Hyde Park, and Nicole Jablonka, 35, of Poughkeepsie were observed engaged in narcotics transactions. Both were charged with felonies of drug possession and criminal use of drug paraphernalia.

Both were released with appearance tickets returnable to Lloyd Town Court.
