TOWN OF NEWBURGH – The Mansion Gentlemen’s Club and Steakhouse on Route 9W in the Town of Newburgh is being sold to RCI Hospitality Holdings, Inc., a national company with more than 40 similar venues and sports bars/restaurants.
Consideration is $500,000 in cash and $1 million in four percent, seven-year financing for the club and $2 million for the real estate.
Once all of the regulatory paperwork and licensing has been completed, the sale is expected to occur within about 90 days.
RCI operates similar clubs in major cities under brand names of Rick’s Cabaret, XTC, Club Onyx, Vivid Cabaret, Jaguars Club, Tootsie’s Cabaret, and Scarlett’s Cabaret. Sports bars/restaurants operate under the brand name Bombshells Restaurant & Bar.
