KINGSTON – The John J.Harvey fireboat canceled its visit to the Hudson River Maritime Museum this weekend due to a positive COVID test with its operational crew.

The boat, built in 1931 and later helped in lower Manhattan after the 9/11 attack in 2001, was supposed to visit the Rondout waterfront August 13-16 but is anchored now because the crew is under quarantine after the positive test.
