GOSHEN – A 46-year-old Campbell Hall man was sentenced in Orange County Court to 20 years in state prison and 20 years of post-release supervision for sexually assaulting a child.
Vladimir Archer pled guilty on April 12 to course of sexual conduct against a child, admitting that between 2011 and 2016, he repeatedly abused a child. He also pled guilty to offenses related to possession of child pornography.
Sullivan County District Attorney Meagan Galligan, who served as special prosecutor in the case, said she remains “committed to the protection of the most vulnerable members of our community, our children, who look to adults for protection and guidance.”
