Pharmacy burglarized; narcotics stolen

PEARL RIVER – The Orangetown Police Department is investigating a burglary that occurred at NeighboRx on North Middletown Road in Pearl River. The incident occurred at about 4 a.m. on Wednesday.

The suspects gained entry by breaking the glass on the front door. They all wore hoodies to conceal their identities. Police did not say how many burglars were believed involved.

 The proceeds appear to be narcotics. 

The Orangetown Police Detective Bureau is continuing to investigate the incident and anyone who may have witnessed it or may have additional information is asked to call the Orangetown Police at 845-359-3700.
