Woman released after felony drug charges gets charged and released again

KINGSTON – A 34-year-old female who was arrested on felony drug charges in May and released with an appearance ticket, has been arrested again in July by the Ulster Regional Gang Enforcement Narcotics Team (URGENT) on additional felony drug charges.

After receiving tips in May regarding illegal drug sales at Ms. Harry’s residence, URGENT began an investigation. On May 14 officers executed a search warrant at Harry’s residence and a search resulted in the seizure of heroin mixed with fentanyl, cocaine, crack cocaine, and MDMA. She was charged with six felony counts of drug possession as well as a misdemeanor of criminally using drug paraphernalia. The alleged drug dealer was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Kingston City Court at a later date.

On July 1, URGENT executed a search warrant at Ms. Harry’s residence again. The search resulted in the seizure of several ounces of fentanyl, cocaine, cash, and drug packaging material.
The July raid resulted in Ms. Harry being charged with a total of four felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and the misdemeanor of criminally using drug paraphernalia. She was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the City of Kingston Court on a later date.
The URGENT unit consists of members from the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office, Ulster County District Attorney’s Office, Town of Shandaken Police, Ulster County Probation, Town of Plattekill Police, Village of Ellenville Police, Town of Lloyd Police, and the United States Department of Homeland Security Investigations.
