NEW ROCHELLE – A New Castle, Pennsylvania man was arrested following a traffic stop in New Rochelle that yielded a .40 cal. Glock handgun and two illegally-possessed 15-round magazines.
Haji Jacobs, 29, was stopped while driving at Huguenot Street and North Avenue at 6:45 a.m. on Saturday, June 26.
He was charged with criminal possession of a weapon, unlawful possession of a large capacity ammunition feeding device and driving while intoxicated as a first offense.
