GALLATIN – State Police at Livingston have arrested a 35-year-old Pine Plains man on a felony charge of sexual abuse as well as misdemeanors of endangering the welfare of a child and forcible touching.
After receiving a law enforcement tip, an investigation began in March discovering that Pedro Garcia Sanchez allegedly sexually abused a victim under the age of 11.
Sanchez was arraigned and remanded to the Columbia County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 secure bond.
