Parolee busted for drug sales in Coxsackie

Westchester DA Miriam Rocah is launching a program to reduce drug prosecutions.

CATSKILL – A parolee has been arrested by New York State Police following a two-month investigation into heroin and crack cocaine sales in Coxsackie.  The Albany resident was arrested on Friday, May 28, 2021.

David Graham, age 36, was charged with three counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance and three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, both of which are felonies.

State Police said the charges stemmed from an investigation by the New York State Police Catskill Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI), The Greene County District Attorney’s Office, The Greene County Sheriff’s Office, and New York State Parole.

Graham is currently being held in the Ulster County Jail for a violation of parole.
