GOSHEN – A 27-year-old Town of Wallkill man has been indicted by an Orange County grand jury on a charge of attempted murder for shooting another man outside the You You Asian Restaurant on Route 211 on April 14.

The indictment also charges Hector Luna, Jr. with assault and criminal possession of a weapon.

Following arraignment by County Court Judge Hyun Chin Kim, Luna remains in the county jail in lieu of $250,000 cash bail, $500,000 secured bond, or $1 million unsecured bond.

Luna faces 25 years in prison if convicted on the attempted murder charge.
