KINGSTON – Ulster County Sheriff’s deputies have charged a Pine Bush man with misdemeanors of assault and criminal mischief following an investigation into a prior physical domestic incident at an address on Church Road in the Town of Shawangunk.
It is alleged that Jacob Lucca, 43, assaulted a woman before taking her cell phone and preventing her from calling for help.
Lucca was later located on December 28 at his home on Church Road where he was taken into custody.
He was arraigned and released pending a future court appearance.
