ALBANY – The number of people to test positive for COVID-19 in the Hudson Valley/Catskills on Saturday, the last date statistics are available, is 1,008. There were also 11 new deaths reported.
As the vaccine continues to be administered, initially to high-risk people including healthcare workers, officials urge people to maintain vigilance by wearing face coverings, washing hands often, and practicing social distancing.
