Ulster traffic stop leads to drug arrest

KINGSTON – A 44-year-old Town of Ulster man has been arrested on drug charges following a vehicle and traffic violation on Wednesday, December 16.

A state trooper stopped the vehicle and determined the driver, Eric Tischler, was driving with a suspended license and was found in possession of cocaine, Alprazolam, Lorazepam, and concentrated cannabis in a vaporized cartridge.

Tischler was charged with felony and misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance and a violation of unlawful possession of marijuana.

He was released on an appearance ticket.
