PA man sentenced for sexual enticement of Sullivan County girl

NEW YORK – A Sellingsrove, Pennsylvania man has been sentenced to 25 years in federal prison for enticing two minors to engage in illegal sexual activity.

James Early, 40, was sentenced on Wednesday following his guilty plea on November 13.

According to court papers and statement, Early engaged in sexually explicit communications by text with an underage girl in Sullivan County. He persuaded the girl, who was 15, to engage in sexually explicit activity, photograph and video it, and transmit it to him via text. Early also sent explicitly sexual images to the victim.

He also engaged in similar behavior with a 14-year-old girl in the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

In addition to the prison term, Early was sentenced to a lifetime term of supervised release.
