Fallsburg man arrested on drug charges

WALLKILL – State Police have arrested a Fallsburg man on felony and misdemeanor drug charges.

While on patrol at about 5:48 p.m. on October 30, troopers observed an individual, later identified as Arhan Celic, 27, sitting in a car in a parking lot who appeared to be placing a powdery substance into individual small glassine envelopes.

A search of the car yielded alprazolam pills, several plastic bags of heroin, and digital scales.

He was charged with felony and misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
